GSK recalls batches of Zovirax Suspension
GlaxoSmithKline, has recalled multiple batches of Zovirax Suspension 125ml after the discovery of incorrect dosing instructions
GlaxoSmithKline, has recalled multiple batches of Zovirax Suspension 125ml after the discovery of incorrect dosing instructions.
The error, which occurs in section three of the patient information leaflet, meant patients were being advised to take half the recommended dose.
