National Flu Service; opportunity or hassle? Live debate
National flu service - opportunity or hassle?
- Wednesday, September 30, 2015
- 03:00 PM BST
- 1 hour
Your chance to debate the key issues with fellow pharmacists and industry experts
England’s first national pharmacy flu vaccination scheme launched on Wednesday (September 16). Do you agree with politicians and representative bodies that it’s a great opportunity for the sector? Or do you think GPs have a point with their concerns that it could undermine their own service and confuse patients?
On September 30 at 3-4pm, C+D will be bringing together pharmacists, sector representatives and other experts to debate – with you – how the initiative is progressing and how you can provide the best service for patients.
This C+D webinar – funded by Actavis and chaired by C+D editor Jennifer Richardson and news editor James Waldron – will be broadcast live online for you to listen in, quiz the panellists and share your own thoughts.
Panellists include:
Kenny Gibson, head of immunisations, NHS Enlgand
Rekha Shah, chief executive officer, Pharmacy London, and chief executive officer, Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster LPC
Amish Patel, owner, Hodgson Pharmacy, Kent
