Omega supports growing Prevalin range
Omega Pharma is using a £2 million investment including a TV campaign to support the expansion of its portfolio of Prevalin hayfever products.
The TV campaign, airing throughout April and May, would present hayfever as “a condition that should be taken seriously” as well as promoting pharmacy as the “first port of call” for patients, the company said.
The Prevalin range includes Prevalin Allergy Kids, which offers protection for children aged six years and older, and six-week packs of Prevalin Allergy, which offer “year-round support” for adults and children over 12 years.
This range of options meant “the whole family can now benefit from fast and effective relief offered by the Omega Pharma hayfever portfolio”, claimed Omega Pharma marketing manager Stuart White.
Omega Pharma has also revised its hayfever training booklet for pharmacists, which can be accessed via its training portal at omegapharmatraining.co.uk.
Prevalin Allergy Kids retails at £9.99 and a pharmacy pack of Prevalin Allergy retails at £13.99.
