Panadol promotion gives publicity and donations to malaria charity
GSK Consumer Healthcare will donate 5p to charity Malaria No More for each pack of Panadol purchased during April and May, it has announced.
The partnership aims to raise awareness and money for the charity, with donations from packs going towards items such as malaria nets.
The two-month initiative will be supported by press and digital advertising, PR and online sponsorship of MSN and Yahoo pages, although GSK could not confirm how much it had spent on the campaign.
Pharmacists will be able to order shelf barkers and trays to promote the partnership in-store.
The promotion comes ahead of World MalariaDay on April 25.
