The partnership – announced this month – aims to raise awareness of the importance of good foot health, RB said.

The College of Podiatry is a London-based professional body for the UK’s registered podiatrists. Together with Scholl, it will develop a package of footcare-tailored assets, including a diagnostic tool and in-depth CPD module, the manufacturer said.

The package aims to give pharmacists the information required to keep patients “on their feet” and to know when to refer to a podiatrist.

RB professional relations manager Sarah Mainland said the company would like the public to “feel inspired to visit their community pharmacist or podiatrist”.
