The eye-drops, which launched in April, provide relief for those suffering with allergy-related dry-eye symptoms, including itching and burning, the manufacturer said.

The preservative-free formulation contains sodium hyaluronate and ectoin to “create a natural dual barrier against environmental allergens”, Scope said.

Each bottle contains 225 drops and remains sterile for six months from opening. The drops are suitable for use with most contact lenses, the manufacturer added.
