The MHRA has issued a drug alert recalling all remaining stock of two batches of diazepam 2mg tablets from Teva UK.
Teva UK is recalling the batches 010832, first distributed on August 6 last year and batch 011227 first distributed on September 20, which are both sold in packs of 28 tablets. They both have an expiry date of February 2015, and are in Teva livery.

Remaining stocks of these batches should be quarantined and returned to the original supplier for credit.
