C+D has extended the entry deadline for its 2014 awards to February 28, giving you an extra week to shout about your talents.

For the seventh year running C+D is looking to showcase community pharmacists, pharmacy staff and teams making a difference to their patients across the UK.

	Anyone who believes they are delivering a service above and beyond other pharmacies has the chance to enter one or more of the 12 categories, including Pharmacy Technician of the Year, Head Office Team of the Year, the Multidisciplinary Innovation Award and Pharmacy Team of the Year.

Those who do could be taking home a coveted C+D Awards trophy from this year's black-tie event, to be held at the Brewery in London on the evening of June 12.
