If you have tried to submit your CPD records onto the GPhC’s uptodate website since April 1, you will have realised that this is no longer possible. This process has been superseded by the new recording format for revalidation on the mygphc website. You should have received a letter containing your individual PIN and details of how to sign up to the new online portal earlier this year.

The mygphc site contains different entry fields, depending on whether you are completing learning as a planned or an unplanned CPD entry, a peer discussion record or a reflective account record. As the new revalidation system for recording your CPD is in place, the old system is going to be taken offline and closed from June 1 – with all records being deleted after this point.

If you have records saved on the uptodate website, you will need to log into the website and download them. Unfortunately, these records will be ‘read-only’, meaning you cannot edit the documents. However, you can download a PDF version of your CPD records by following the step-by-step guide created by the GPhC.
