Dermal’s Adex Gel website advises pharmacy staff on treating dry skin
Dermal’s website for its Adex Gel offers “valuable” advice for pharmacy staff and patients on treating dry skin, the manufacturer has said.
AdexGel.com, which went live in November, has “useful information” for pharmacy staff treating dry and inflamed skin conditions, Dermal said.
“There is also information on how to use Adex Gel, and general advice to share with patients on using emollients,” the manufacturer added.
The steroid-free gel – available as a 500g pump pack and a 100g tube – offers a “new and different” approach for mild to moderate eczema and psoriasis, the manufacturer claimed.
“In addition to containing a high oil content and the humectant glycerol, Adex Gel also contains nicotinamide, a medicinal substance related to vitamin B, which has been shown to exhibit noticeable anti-inflammatory action.”
One 500g pump of Adex Gel retails at £10.78.
