Kwai's new-look packs improve clarity for customers
Kwai has repackaged its heart-care supplement products, including Kwai garlic products, to clarify the benefits to customers.
The packaging has replaced the previous garlic iconography and instead uses branding that demonstrates the heart benefits of the products, a spokesperson said.
The move followed research suggesting that consumers found supplements confusing, they added.
"The latest category insight [ICM Quant Research] indicated that consumers find supplements very confusing; they are mystified by all the different ingredients on offer and the specific health benefits," the spokesperson said.
The latest changes would ensure that the product's proposition was clear, they added.
