The name change will help align the product with the globally recognised brand name Compleat®, and will help ensure “consistency and familiarity for healthcare professionals and parents/carers”, Nestlé Health Science said.

Containing rehydrated chicken meat and rehydrated vegetables (peas and green beans), peach puree and orange juice from concentrate, Isosource® Junior Mix – soon to be Compleat® paediatric – is the only tube feed in the UK to contain food-derived ingredients, it added.

The name and ordering information is all that will change about the tube feed, Nestlé Health Science assured.
