C+D is searching for the best employers in UK community pharmacy.

The Best Places to Work in Community Pharmacy initiative, launched today (January 23), is designed to find and recognise the companies that deserve that title.

C+D has teamed up with researchers Best Companies Group, which will analyse information provided by participating employers and their employees to provide an independent benchmark of workplace excellence.

The companies that meet that benchmark will be revealed in C+D and at chemistanddruggist.co.uk in the summer, and the top employer unveiled at the C+D Awards ceremony on June 11.

Employers will be assessed on qualities including leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, manager relationships, training and development, and pay and benefits.
