A truly diverse and inclusive workplace makes for happier people and a more prosperous business – but achieving this takes work. This award aims to shine a light on vital work that is being done by pharmacy teams, organisations and individuals to challenge inequality in the sector. Whether you’ve implemented a mentoring scheme to support underrepresented groups, rejigged your recruitment methods to attract more diverse candidates, or simply celebrated different religious holidays in a novel way, tell us your story.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Any individual or team working for or on behalf of a community pharmacy business, who has devised and implemented, or seen impressive results of a diversity and inclusion initiative from August 2021 to August 2022. Please bear in mind that while you can enter as many categories as you like, each entry can only be submitted for one category.
